One of the highlights of our stay in Tuscany was the abundant variety and excellent quality of the food.

Such things as wild boar, truffles, mozzarella di buffalo, pecorino romano, prociutto and outstanding cuts of beef.

Fresh and flavorful tomatoes, deep fried zucchini blossoms and outstanding pastas.

Of course, we must not forget dessert--gelato and Vin Santos.

Above, Steve prepares the brushcetta for our appetizer.  Not only were the restaurants extraordinary, but so too, were the in house meals prepared with the efforts of all.
